What if a designer could hand you an HTML/CSS design and not need to know anything about your underlying CMS or blogging software in order to skin it? Deliverance is a tool to theme HTML, applying a consistent style to applications and static files regardless of how they are implemented, and separating site-wide styling from application-level templating. Developed by Ian Bicking of the Open Planning Project (openplans.org), Deliverance solves real problems facing web designers and developers no matter what platform they work with.
